When people accusing H*R for something that they not satisfied..
Ok maybe they could do that.. But pls don't do assumed like everyone in H*R is so bad.. So cruel...
Please take note that i've someone i love been working in that position..
Bukan kehendak die utk buat bende2 yg korg xpueh hati tu... Die pun buat bende2 tu terpakse... Diorg pun ade org atasan... Same je mcm kite...
The same feeling goes when ppl accused HE*P, teachers, admin people and of course.. Engineers...
I know how they work... How they feel... Susah payah mereka....
Kalo xpueh hati, terus jela aim name tu, atau org yg korg tak pueh hati tu... Jgnla put general statement mcm semua yg bekerja sbg sekian2 adalah jahat...

Oh, Ain! Am also under HR. Thanks kerana memahami. But, selama aku keje xdela sgt bdk2 dept laen nk salahkan HR sbb dorang tau sume tu dtgnye dr org atas. Org2 opis ko tu xpaham ke sume tu? Ayyoo..
